Well, here’s the quick professional bio on me.  I went to East Carolina University where I obtained my BS in Exercise Science.  I began working as a personal fitness trainer in 2001 in Greenville, NC and then moved on to being a Wilmington NC personal trainer in 2003 and have been since.

Over the years, I have seen first hand from hundreds of clients what works and what doesn’t.  What works for a 40 year old woman may not work for a 20 year old man, and vise versa.  I have sorted out all the “junk” that the media puts out to there and based my entire training philosophy on what I have seen work in my clients first-hand.  I’ve had clients make such dramatic transformations, that other personal trainers’  jaws drop to the floor.

Pain Free and 17 Pounds Lighter in Under 3 Months

“Hmmm…where to start, I played high school and college basketball and soccer and I let myself go to the point where I had pain every day .I tried walking on my own and the pain got so severe I just quit…then I met Casey through a friend of the family and my pain has gone away… I made a commitment back on August 1st to be faithful to my health and not have pain anymore. I have fallen off every once in a while but with Casey’s help I get right back on that horse. I didn’t really go out of my way to become the top personal trainer in Wilmington, NC.  All I did was deliver consistent results with my proven personal training system.  It’s simple, it’s time efficeint, and it will kick your ass.  My personal training system combines 3 factors that will yield incredible results

  1. Fat incinerating based strength training.  I know that most of my clients are afraid of becoming “big” and “bulky.”  So why is it that so many Wilmington NC personal trainers put them on personal training programs that do just that?  Inexperience.  They usually end up putting them on a workout that is just like their own workout because that’s what they know.  Then they’ll spit out some garbage like “Oh, don’t worry, women don’t make enough testosterone to get bulky”. However, when you look at all the bulky females they train, you see the real picture.
    I know how to design a personal training program that will construct the “lean, long and athletic” physique that so many people desire.  I’ll have you perform specific exercises in a specific sequence to help you achieve your ideal body in record time.
  2. My “What the F$#%?” Cardio Program. I actually got the name for my cardio method from a client who had previously worked with another personal trainer in Hampstead, NC.  The personal trainer wanted her to walk on a treadmill for 1 hour, 5 days a week in addition to her 1 hour workouts.  So that is 10 hours a week in the gym!  Who has that kind of time?
    I got the name for the program when I was explaining the metabolic advantage to my 20 minute cardio blast versus the 1 hour workouts she was doing.  Then, ever so eloquently, she said “What the F**k?  So I was wasting 10 hours a week for over a year when I could have been doing half that?”  My response was “Actually, 30% of that!  My fat incinerating resistance workouts are 30 minutes and the cardio blast is 20 minutes.  I only need you to do 3 days a week.  So you actually would only spend 2.5 hours in the gym, maybe 3 hours and 10 minutes on an ambitious week.”  Again she said “What the F**k?”
  3. Real World Eating (F**k Dieting!) It’s so frustrating to see personal trainers put clients on these ridiculous meal plans and diets that sure, they may work for a month or 2.  But in the end, they need to be sustainable on a long term basis.  And guess what, these quick-fix diets never are.  That’s why my approach is not to tell you what to eat and put you on a super-restrictive program.  I instead teach my clients how to make smarter decisions and properly structure their meals in a way that works with their lifestyle.  I give clients a very generous food list and don’t require you to give up your favorite foods.  Because lets face it, if you’re a chocoholic, you won’t stick to a diet that never allows you to have it again.  The key is the timing and portions!
